Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior PHP developer with strong technical skills and team leading capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge and manage a team of around 4 people. He / She should be self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced and agile development environment and should be a great team leader. Development of rich applications using Core Php, Joomla, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, JQuery and Ajax. Work closely with product leadership on daily basis to design and develop applications as per requirements. Responsible for management and resolution of all issues identified by engaging both business and development groups. Assist in developing and maintaining departmental documentation. Keep abreast of OnSumaye's products and standards. Maintain knowledge of latest web standards and technologies and apply in project as required. Attend client and internal meetings on development timelines, product questions, lessons learned, etc. Strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as you will be handling the projects with team as well as independently.
