Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing to develop demand generation strategies and lead nurturing programs. Collaborate with product teams to communicate market needs and influence product roadmap. Work closely with operations, food partners, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery. Represent sales in leadership discussions and strategic planning sessions. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including food partners and industry associations. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape and develop strategies to maintain market leadership Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in foodtech and workplace solutions. Represent HungerBox as a thought leader at industry conferences and events. Provide market insights to inform overall business strategy. Required Qualifications: 7-8 years of B2B sales experience with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles. Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams from ground up. Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets of 50+ crores annually. Experience in SaaS, foodtech, enterprise software, or technology-enabled services preferred. History of managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Leadership Competencies: Strong people leadership skills with ability to inspire, motivate, and develop talent. Strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and executive presence for engaging with C-suite leaders. Data-driven approach to sales management and performance optimization. Change management experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Business Skills: Deep understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools. Strong negotiation and deal structuring capabilities. Financial acumen with P&L management experience.
