The successful candidate in the Product Engineering team will lead the design and development of embedded software used for Emersons Electric Actuator products, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with industrial standards. In this role, your key responsibilities include: Design, implement, and enhance firmware, embedded solutions for industrial actuators. Analyzing and optimizing firmware performance. Adherence to standard processes for code development, secure coding, reuse, and portability. Drive code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability for self and others in the team. Troubleshooting and performing Root Cause Analysis of the issues. Maintain documentation, bug tracking, and records related to firmware development. Comprehend technical requirements, collaborate with other engineers to develop solutions that meet Emerson's quality standards. Manage the product backlog, define product requirements and User Stories. Facilitate sprint planning, track sprint progress, and manage stakeholder communication.
