Unico Connect is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to design and deliver production analytics for client business intelligence engagements. The role owns the path from raw operational data to executive-ready dashboards including data modelling, DAX, ETL, and governance. The position is well suited to senior Power BI developers with deep DAX expertise and the engineering discipline to maintain dashboards at scale. Responsibilities: Design and build complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for enterprise clientsWrite efficient DAX measures, calculated columns, and time-intelligence calculationsBuild and maintain ETL and ELT pipelines into the Power BI semantic modelIntegrate data from APIs, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, and CSV sourcesImplement row-level security, sensitivity labels, and Power BI Service governanceTrain client teams on dashboard usage; document data models, refresh schedules, and lineageMaintain version control and CI/CD for Power BI artifacts using deployment pipelinesOptimise dashboard performance including aggregations, composite models, and incremental refreshGovern semantic model changes and partner with Data Engineering on upstream contractsOwn dashboard incident response when refreshes fail or measures regressQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years building production Power BI dashboards for enterprise clientsExpert in DAX and Power Query (M language)Strong SQL across at least 2 of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, or SnowflakeExperience with Power BI Service, gateways, and refresh managementWorking knowledge of star-schema and dimensional modellingCapacity to design and document large semantic modelsExperience with deployment pipelines and Power BI Service governanceExcellent written communication for client-facing documentationComfort working with international clients across multiple time zones .
