## Java Fullstack Senior Lead ### Role Overview Iris Software is seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Senior Lead to join their dynamic engineering team in Pune. This role is ideal for a seasoned technologist who can drive end-to-end fullstack development, lead cross-functional squads, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong hands-on technical expertise while also providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team. ### Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and delivery of fullstack Java-based applications across frontend and backend layers - Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices across the team - Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions - Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning - Participate in and lead technical interviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt - Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps practices ### Requirements / Qualifications - Between 5 and 10 years of hands-on experience in Java fullstack development - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful API development - Solid experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or similar modern frameworks - Proficiency in relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) - Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable - Proven experience leading technical teams in an agile/scrum environment - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ### About the Company Iris Software is a technology services and solutions company focused on delivering innovative software products and IT services to clients across industries.
