Job Description: Full Stack & AI Support Lead (L2/L3 Application Support & Engineering) Location: US Onsite / India Offshore Experience Required: 8+ Years Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full Stack & AI Support Lead to spearhead L2/L3 application support and engineering activities for critical platforms, including the BidIQ Pricing Engine, Guidance Engine, and EnablerSwitch support. Acting as the primary customer-facing technical lead, you will take ownership of incident management, release coordination, stakeholder communication, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) leadership, application stability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
