Experience: 6 Months 2 Years Location : Pal, Surat, Gujarat Job Summary: We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide technical support for hardware, networking,and system-related issues within the organization. The role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and network problems, and ensuring smooth functioning of systems and devices across departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Hardware Support i. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware devices. ii. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues including system failures and peripheral problems. iii. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements when required. iv. Maintain records of hardware inventory and device allocation. 2. Networking Support i. Assist in managing LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and internet connectivity. ii. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure stable network performance. iii. Support installation and configuration of network devices and cables. iv. Assist users with software installation and troubleshooting support. 5. Documentation & Coordination i. Maintain records of IT assets, system configurations, and maintenance logs. ii. Support implementation of IT policies and procedures within the organization. Requirements Diploma / Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering,or related field.Basic knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN, routers, and switches.Experience in desktop support, hardware maintenance, and system troubleshooting.Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting.Skills Required Hardware installation and troubleshooting.Networking setup and maintenance.Basic system administration and software installation.Good problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to support users in a fast-paced work environment.Compensation: From 15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
