Commercial Analyst Location: Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh (Work from Office) Experience: Minimum 2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Key Responsibilities - Analyze commercial, procurement, inventory, and sales data. - Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports. - Monitor purchase, sales, stock movement, margins, and costing. - Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Sales teams. - Support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and user training. - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation. - Ensure accuracy of commercial transactions and documentation. - Assist management with business insights and decision support. - Maintain reports related to profitability, inventory ageing, and operational KPIs. Eligibility - B.Com - BCA - B.Sc. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. - Exposure to Rice Industry is an added advantage. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. - Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards). - Good understanding of inventory, procurement, and commercial operations. - Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Preferred Skills - Experience with ERP implementation or ERP support. - Knowledge of costing and commercial accounting. - Experience in manufacturing or processing industries. - Basic understanding of SQL, Power BI, or reporting tools is an advantage.
