Profile - Business Analyst - Pre Sales (Adobe Commerce/Magento) Experience - 4+ Years Location - Mumbai/Ahmedabad Presales & Deal Conversion Lead all pre-sales activities, including the preparation of proposals, engaging presentations, and comprehensive RFP/RFI responses. Develop tailored solutions and organize, plan, create, and deliver compelling Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations to prospective clients. Help the Business Development team formulate winning strategies and provide the required documentation to convert leads and prospects into clients. Proficiently manage CRM systems to ensure accurate, real-time updates of lead statuses in coordination with the sales team. Monitor and optimize the lead-to-sales pipeline to maximize conversion efficiency and sales effectiveness. Business Analysis & Estimation Work closely with prospective clients to gather initial requirements, define business needs, and deeply analyse project viability. Translate the client's functional vision into a technical roadmap using in-depth domain knowledge. Prepare highly accurate project estimations, specifically tailored to complex E-commerce platforms. Create detailed pre-sales documentation, including initial Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), wireframes, user interface guides, and functional overviews. Contribute to marketing initiatives by providing technical insights for case studies, portfolios, and marketing content. Strategy & Partnerships Foster strong partnerships with Adobe Executives to plan lead-nurturing strategies and unlock new business opportunities. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities within the e-commerce and digital experience domains. Identify and build partnerships with other market-leading products to define roadmaps for future collaborations. Constantly engage with customers to analyze evolving business needs and contribute to the development of new solutions and methods. Post-Sales Transition & Delivery Support Handover & Client Success Act as a bridge between pre-sales commitments and post-sales delivery expectations, ensuring a seamless transition to the Technical teams. Finalize and document formal requirement specifications, including BRD/FRS and Statements of Work (SOWs), obtaining official sign-off from the client. Act as the core communication bridge between the Client and the Technical execution teams during the initial onboarding phases. Define the nature of Change Requests (CRs) in alignment with initial pre-sales commitments to properly manage client expectations. Organize and run productive kickoff meetings, ensuring clear objectives, outcomes, and tasks are established for the delivery team. Job Specification Must-Have Qualifications Adobe Commerce Expertise (Mandatory): Must possess deep functional knowledge and proven, hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce / Magento (Community & Enterprise) to effectively pitch and estimate solutions. Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience primarily focused on IT Presales, Pre-sales Business Analysis, or E-commerceSolution Consulting. Technical & Functional Skills E-commerce Solutioning: Proven experience in the definition, documentation, and estimation of large-scale web systems and e-commerce infrastructure. Presales Documentation: Exceptional skills in creating Proposals, RFP responses, Estimations, Wireframes, and PPT presentations. Added Advantage (Good-to-Have) Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other Adobe products is a strong advantage. Familiarity with secondary e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, and BigCommerce is highly preferred. Soft Skills & Abilities Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Highly comfortable leading pitches and talking with international/domestic clients via phone, email, video calls, and in person. Leadership & Organization: Proven team handling skills and a self-starter mindset. Must be able to organize meetings efficiently and leave with clear objectives. Agility: A keen ability to multi-task, prioritize high-value sales opportunities, and work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
