Field Executive Real Estate Acquisitions JD Location: Kolkata & Outer Regions Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Field: 95%) Position Overview We are looking for an energetic, street-smart and self-motivated Field Executive to join our real estate acquisitions team. This is a 95% field-based role where you will be on the ground mapping neighborhoods, identifying properties for sale, building local vendor networks and connecting directly with property owners and landlords. Key Responsibilities Ground-Level Sourcing & Networking: Walk into local markets, areas and neighborhoods to build rapport, gather local intelligence and track down leads for property sales or development opportunities. Landlord & Partner Engagement: Connect and communicate effectively with property owners, local brokers and vendors to pitch our platform and onboard their properties. Area Mapping & Documentation: Perform on-site visits, capture accurate photos/videos, drop Google Map locations and document essential property details. Market Intelligence & Initial Advice: Assess local property rates, understand property history, and offer preliminary pricing inputs to owners before escalating leads to senior team members. Lead Handover: Collect accurate information, negotiate terms and build initial trust so senior managers can step in and finalize the acquisition seamlessly. Requirements & Qualifications Mandatory Transport: Must own a working motorcycle or scooter (daily travel is required). Communication Skills: Bengali: Very fluent / native proficiency. Hindi: Decent spoken command. English: Decent working command. Technical & Data Skills: Proficiency with smartphone tools (Google Maps pin dropping, clear photo/video capture). Basic Excel skills to compile lead data: Owner Name, Property Size, Quoted Rate, Contact Details and Photos. Soft Skills: Exceptional people skills, strong persuasive ability, and natural street-smartness. Ideal Candidate Background We strongly prefer candidates coming from one of the following backgrounds: Ex-Loan Agents / Bank DSAs: Experienced in meeting clients directly, tracking proposals, gathering documentation and field-mapping areas. Ex-Property Brokers (23 Years Experience): Familiar with property owners, neighborhood dynamics and local real estate processes. Ex-Sales Executives (FMCG / Pharma): Accustomed to daily travel, field routes and meeting 1520 prospective contacts per day.
