This role demands a keen understanding of property and casualty insurance processes, attention to detail, and the ability to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies. Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements related to property and casualty insurance.Translate business requirements into comprehensive test cases and scenarios.Test Planning and Strategy develop and implement testing strategies for property and casualty insurance applications.Create detailed test plans, including scope, objectives, resources, and schedule.Test Execution execute functional, integration, and regression tests to ensure the reliability of property and casualty insurance software.Conduct end-to-end testing to validate system workflows and interactions.Domain Expertise demonstrate a deep understanding of property and casualty insurance concepts, including policy administration/Billing/claims processing and risk management.Apply domain knowledge to identify potential areas of risk and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Defect Tracking and Reporting document and track defects, providing detailed information to development teams for resolution.Generate comprehensive test summary reports for stakeholders, outlining test results, issues, and recommendations.Collaboration works closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to communicate testing progress and results.Participate in requirement review meetings to ensure testability and address any ambiguities.Compliance and Regulation ensure that testing activities comply with industry regulations and standards applicable to property and casualty insurance.Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements affecting the insurance domain.Compensation: 450,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
