Key Responsibilities End-to-End Ownership & Delivery - Own the complete application lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support - Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of systems - Drive release readiness, deployment governance, and post-release warranty support - Maintain accountability for delivery commitments, quality, and timelines Backend Development C# & .NET Core - Architect and develop service-oriented applications using C# and .NET Core - Design scalable microservices, background, and worker services - Implement async programming, performance tuning, and memory optimization - Apply Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and domain-driven design - Build reusable SDKs and internal libraries - Develop event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus - Identify and resolve performance issues, code smells, and security vulnerabilities Data & Persistence Layer - Implement effective data access using Entity Framework Core and/or Dapper - Work with SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) - Optimize performance via indexing, query tuning, and caching strategies Testing, Observability & Performance - Drive unit testing and code coverage i .
