Job Role : Individual Role Agency Channel : The candidate needs to find and connect with different insurance agents of the region assigned. Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the insurance agents. 80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet the insurance agents & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit. Banca Channel : The Candidate will be assigned or tagged under different Branches of the Bank. Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers of the bank. 80% Indoor Sales Role in the branch of the Bank & 20% Outdoor Role and visit the customer. Direct Channel : The Candidate will receive leads from the company and generate own leads from open market and referrals. Responsible for selling life insurance products of the company to the customers. 80% Outdoor Sales Role for field visits and meet assigned customers & 20% Indoor Role for company branch visit. Requirements Education : Any Graduate Gender : Male / Female can be Hired. Age : Maximum 35 years for Male candidates and 38 years for Female candidates Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in current employment, or at least 6 months. 25 years of sales experience in BFSI/Pharma/FMCG industry Agency channel experience is mandatory for SAM Notice Period : Maximum 30 Days, Candidates with a notice period exceeding 30 days will not be considered.
