About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Full-Stack Development 1. Build and ship end-to-end features, from database design to UI, for products being built from scratch. 2. Design and develop APIs, data models, and user-facing features. 3. Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture and product decisions. 4. Work across the stack to build scalable, production-ready applications. B. AI & Voice Agents 1. Design AI agent workflows and integrate them into production-grade product experiences. 2. Build and integrate AI-powered features for consumer-facing applications. 3. Develop voice agents architected to scale to millions of users. 4. Experiment with AI technologies and rapidly iterate from prototypes to production. C. Product Development 1. Work on consumer-facing B2C mobile applications from 0 to 1. 2. Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. 3. Iterate quickly in a fast-paced product environment. 4. Help build products designed to scale to millions of users. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
