Team/Group Description Investment Management Operations is a global organization responsible for supporting AllianceBernstein's investment management business across institutional, retail, private wealth, insurance, and ETF products. The organization provides operational support across post-trade processing, reconciliations, security master, corporate actions, investment guideline compliance, account onboarding, client reporting, pricing, derivatives, insurance operations, ETF operations, and other critical investment support functions. The Operational Resilience & Risk role partners across all IMO functions to strengthen the control environment, identify and assess operational risks, enhance resiliency capabilities, support regulatory requirements, and promote a culture of risk ownership and continuous improvement. Role Description The Operational Resilience & Risk role is a key leadership role responsible for advancing the operational risk and resilience program across Investment Management Operations. The individual will partner with business leaders, technology teams, compliance, internal audit, and enterprise risk functions to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks while ensuring critical business processes remain resilient and effective.
