Project Manager / Business Analyst

PROJECT MANAGER Responsibilities: Assisting in establishing a Project Management Office to oversee multiple projects.Liaising with stakeholders such as project personnel, vendors, and end users regarding project requirements.Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.Evaluating standards of component products.Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.Monitoring expenditures in accordance with the budget.Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems.Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a project management role.Understanding of MSP ticketing and Alert Management Systems.Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.Understanding of software development life cycle.Outstanding leadership, organizational, and time management skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.Strong people skills.Skills: MSP TicketingAlert Management SystemSoftware development life cycle.Project management SkillsBUSINESS ANALYST Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT projectsWork with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirementsCollaborate with developers and other members of the IT team to design and develop solutions that meet business needsPerform data analysis and create data models to support business decisionsIdentify and prioritize system enhancements and changes to improve business processes and performanceDevelop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, business requirements, use cases, and test plansConduct user acceptance testing and ensure project deliverables meet quality standardsProvide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field2+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of software development and project management methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plusKnowledge of programming languages and platforms such as PHP is a plusJob Types: Permanent, Full-time Compensation: 400,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)Experience: Project management: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person .
