Role Summary We are looking for a Staff Backend Engineer / Backend Architect with deep expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture. You will architect and build highly scalable backend systems, define engineering standards, review critical designs, and ensure reliability, security, and maintainability across the platform. This is primarily an Individual Contributor role (~8590% hands- on engineering, 1015% technical leadership and mentoring), working closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Leadership teams.
