Qualification & Experience MBA or Post graduate diploma in management (PGDM) from renowned institute- 2-3 years experience Or Any graduate with work experience 5 years Reports to Kishan Kumar Mishra | Strategy department Responsible for (brief summary) Key point of contact across internal co. for strategy 2030 deployment Plan- Do-Check- Act (focus on DCA part with focus on standardization) Explore, Create and maintain market intelligence tools external/ internal Act as back up EA to CEO Key Areas of Responsibilities Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annual MIS on India/Global imports/Exports SPOC for internal coordination in S2030 implementation Mining external Data points which would act as inputs in long term/short term decision making Supporting EA for MIS from CEOs desk Ensuring timely inputs to stakeholders on Market Data Anchoring academia and Industry projects initiated by SMIT Centralizing data management for SMIT Improve engagement with internal stakeholders for MIU Providing support for collating data for preparation of business case for investment decisions Exploring innovative solutions to improve efficacy and efficiency of SMIT department Skills and attributes required Valuable cross functional conceptual knowledge Aware & hands on about strategy and marketing concepts Good Listening and fast learning curve will be required Ability to persevere and be comfortable with ambiguous goals Good written and verbal communication Good knowledge of excel and MS office and any upcoming tools Multi-tasking ability Candidate knowing Japanese language is a plus Story telling & presentation skills a must requirement Multiple industry exposure is welcomed Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
