Strong people management, leadership and mentoring skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint Ability to understand complex documents and reports Experience supporting onshore teams and handling queries Strong attention to detail and ability to identify/report irregularities Insurance certification such as INS/LM is an added advantage UAN verification will be conducted.
