Role Description The Owner will provide overall leadership and direction for A.K. Sabat & Co., overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning in a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar. Responsibilities include managing business performance, setting financial and operational goals, and ensuring that client services are delivered efficiently and with high quality. The Owner will supervise and support staff, establish and refine policies and procedures, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and making key decisions on investments, resources, and partnerships. The Owner will also ensure compliance with applicable regulations, monitor risk, and uphold the organizations standards of ethics and professionalism. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business ownership, leadership, or senior management, preferably in a professional services or similar environment.Strong skills in operations management, strategic planning, and decision-making, with the ability to balance short-term needs and long-term growth.Financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to guide sustainable business development.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for working with clients, employees, and external partners.Ability to build and lead teams, delegate effectively, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Comfort with on-site, hands-on management in Bhubaneswar, including resolving issues promptly and supporting day-to-day operations.Familiarity with relevant local regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical standards associated with running a business.Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.High level of integrity, resilience, and adaptability, with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace practices. .
