Technical Lead-.NET Core/Azure/React (Noida)

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in .NET Core, Azure, Microservices, Kubernetes, and React to lead the development of web and mobile applications in the Pension & Perks Administration domain. The candidate should be hands-on, capable of driving technical decisions, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable cloud-native solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead design and development of enterprise applications using .NET Core and Azure. - Develop and review REST APIs and Microservices. - Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams. - Participate in architecture discussions and technical solutioning. - Conduct code reviews and mentor team members. - Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and estimation. - Manage application deployments using Azure DevOps and Kubernetes. - Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices.
