About the Role Company: Aqilea India Senior QA Tester (API & Backend Testing) Experience: 810 Years Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Tester with strong expertise in API and backend testing. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of system integrations, data validation, and automation frameworks, along with excellent debugging skills. Key Responsibilities API & Service Testing Strong hands-on experience with REST and GraphQL APIs Proficient in tools like Postman, Rest Assured, and Bruno Ability to validate: Request/response payloads Headers and authentication Error handling and edge cases (not just happy paths) Database & Data Validation Solid SQL skills (joins, aggregations, complex queries) Ability to trace and validate data across multiple systems Experience validating backend processing and transformations Good understanding of data integrity concepts Automation Skills Experience building and maintaining API automation frameworks Programming experience in Java or Python Familiarity with frameworks like TestNG or PyTest Hands-on experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) Start: Immediate to 15 Days .
