Job Role As a Principal Data Platform & DevOps Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and operation of the platforms, automation, and engineering practices that power the Central Data Operations (CDOPS) ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and observability of our data platforms, enabling engineering teams to build and deliver high-quality data products efficiently and at scale. Operating at the intersection of Data Engineering and DevOps, you will define the technical direction for platform services, including Apache Airflow, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Snowflake, CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, and developer tooling that support enterprise data ingestion, transformation, and analytics. You will champion platform engineering best practices, operational excellence, automation, and developer experience while helping establish modern DataOps capabilities across the organization. Working closely with Engineering, BI, AI, and Analytics teams, you will build resilient, self-service data platforms and provide technical leadership that drives continuous improvement and innovation.
