About the Role Company: Aqilea India Role: Application Developer ServiceNow Exp Range : 5 to 8 years Work Location : Hyderabad, Kochi, Bhubaneshwar Role Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer with strong expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) , particularly Software Asset Management (SAM) . The role involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions while supporting enterprise-level clients such as telecom domain engagements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions, with a focus on Software Asset Management (SAM). Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAM implementations, including licensing, compliance, and optimization. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules using best practices and platform standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and implementation guides. Work on integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
