To be successful as a VP Scrum Master, you should have experience with: Basic/ Essential Qualifications: The VP Scrum Master will serve as a key execution catalyst, ensuring alignment across squads, managing complex interlocks, mitigating delivery risks, and driving predictable outcomes across both internal and vendor-supported teams. By establishing strong governance, optimizing team capacity, and improving cross-workstream collaboration, this role is expected to materially enhance delivery velocity and execution effectiveness across the Tribe.Most importantly, this role will play a critical leadership role in the successful implementation of Offers new tool implementation that will modernize the Offer Management ecosystem by replacing the legacy platform. The implementation requires extensive coordination across multiple workstreams, including significant dependencies with multiple cross-functional teamsExperience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach roles.Experience leading multiple Agile teams in complex enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean, and DevOps practices.Expertise in Jira, Confluence, delivery metrics, and dependency management.Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills.SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SPC, CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certifications preferred.Facilitate and continually improve Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.Drive predictable delivery against sprint and PI commitments.Ensure effective backlog refinement and delivery planning.Promote transparency through Agile metrics and dashboards.Identify and remove impediments impacting delivery.Manage cross-team and cross-platform dependencies.Drive flow optimization using metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, predictability, and dependency tracking.Escalate risks and blockers proactively.Partner with Engineering, Product, Business, Architecture, Operations, and external vendors.Facilitate alignment between business priorities and delivery commitments.Manage expectations and communicate delivery health, risks, and outcomes effectively.Build trusted relationships across senior leadership forums. Purpose of the role To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Accountabilities Management of change projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards.Development and management of project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.Management of project teams, ensuring that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.Management of project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed budget.Creation of reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
