The developer serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for Prism-related implementations, supporting both technical delivery and end-user adoption across PAN INDIA. Location: PAN INDIA Responsibilities: Gather and analyze user reporting requirements to design and implement effective solutions using Workday Prism Analytics and reporting tools. Develop, configure, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations aligned with business objectives. Create, manage, and maintain Prism objects, ensuring scalability and performance. Partner with ETL developers and application analysts to identify, extract, and integrate source data systems. Recommend data-driven reporting and analytics strategies based on data availability and evolving business needs. Diagnose and resolve data, reporting, and Prism-related issues, communicating solutions clearly to stakeholders. Build prototypes and sample outputs for stakeholder validation and feedback.
