Products to be Handled: The candidate must be capable of presenting all company products, including: TRAACS-WAVE (Travel Back-Office System) NUTRAACS (Travel Back-Office System) TRIPMATIK (DMC Management System) NUCEM (CRM) NUPAY (Payment Solution) BI Business Intelligence (Web & Mobile App) Key Responsibilities: Conduct professional, structured product presentations and live demonstrations. Follow the standard demo flow and ensure consistency across all client engagements. Clearly explain product features, workflows, business benefits, and use cases. Confidently handle client questions, objections, and clarifications. Understand customer requirements and document key discussion points for internal review. Coordinate closely with the Sales and Product teams for effective solution positioning. Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the Commercial stage with proper documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product features and enhancements. Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner during all client interactions.
