Role Overview As a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) / Forward Deployed AI Engineer (FDAE), you will operate at the intersection of engineering, product innovation, and AI transformation. With 8+ years of experience, you will partner directly with customers, business leaders, and engineering teams to design and deliver scalable digital solutions powered by Full Stack Development, Agentic AI, and Cloud Technologies. You will translate complex business challenges into production-ready solutions, develop AI-native applications, and drive enterprise adoption of modern technologies. Beyond implementation, you will influence technical strategy, mentor engineers, and help organizations realize measurable business value through technology. Key Responsibilities Partner with customers and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Architect, design, and develop modern full-stack applications using React.js, backend services in Java or Python, and cloud-native architectures.Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, multi-agent systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and intelligent workflow automation.Develop and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) powered applications using modern AI frameworks and orchestration platforms.Design scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems that support enterprise-grade applications.Lead end-to-end solution delivery from discovery and architecture through deployment and production support.Collaborate closely with product teams to define MVPs, prioritize features, and drive customer adoption.Establish engineering best practices, release processes, testing strategies, and code quality standards.Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across architecture, development, and AI implementation.Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.Monitor application performance, reliability, observability, and security for production workloads.
