Role Description The Reservations Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves handling incoming reservation inquiries, providing detailed information about services, and assisting customers with booking and modifications in a timely and accurate manner. The agent will manage phone, email, and in-person communication, perform basic receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and handling front desk queries, and maintain up-to-date records in reservation systems. Day-to-day responsibilities also include promoting available offerings, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of customer service. The agent will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, support operational workflows, and meet individual and team performance targets. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience throughout the reservation process.Candidates should possess Reservations and basic Sales skills to manage bookings, suggest suitable options, and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties experience, including front desk management, visitor handling, and coordination of calls and messages.Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with reservation or CRM software, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in hospitality, travel, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
