ServiceNow GRC Developer Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer with a proven track record in design, development, and deployment of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 2-3 years of specific experience with ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) in an enterprise production environment. The ServiceNow GRC Developer will be responsible for implementing solutions (configuration and customization) for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals in ITSM modules, such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, and Service Catalog. Additionally, the candidate should be able to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications and leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings. Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs is required. JavaScript Proficiency Be proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs. Agile and ITIL Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment. ITIL Foundation certification is required. ServiceNow Certifications Hold ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified IRM Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Configuration and Scripting Ability to create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, and data policies. Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues. Project Management Demonstrate a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Collaboration and Communication Work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services. Exhibit punctual and attentive attendance at all project meetings, including requirements review and validation sessions, SCRUM ceremonies. Utilize strong communication, presentation, and writing skills. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 4-15 years of relevant experience, including at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow. 2-3 years of specific experience with ServiceNow GRC and IRM in an enterprise production environment. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals in ITSM modules. Ability to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications. Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs. Experience working with Agile teams and methodologies, along with ITIL Foundation certification. ServiceNow certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified IRM Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, are required. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers and delivery teams. Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously and work independently.
