You will design, develop, and implement software solutions within the ServiceNow platform, owning the full lifecycle from configuration to integration. Responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, services, and workflows using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs. Configure core and custom applications through UI policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and business systems using REST, SOAP, and web services. Manage system upgrades, perform routine maintenance, and move customizations between instances using update sets. Troubleshoot and resolve script-based errors and system issues through debugging and community research. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development. Extensive hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Service Management modules. Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and XML. Experience with web services, SOAP, and integration interfaces including AD/LDAP and Single Sign-On. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and Access Control Lists (ACL). Experience designing workflows, SLAs, email notifications, and inbound actions. Competency in data import for users, configuration items, and locations. Practical experience working within Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Preferred Skills Experience with Kingston and Madrid ServiceNow versions. Knowledge of ITOM and ITSM frameworks. .
