Job Responsibilities Manage daily store operations and ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.Supervise housekeeping, store maintenance, and overall store presentation.Manage visual merchandising, displays, racks, shelves, mannequins, and promotional collections.Lead the store team and monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and productivity.Handle cash, UPI, card transactions, daily collections, and cash reconciliation.Supervise billing operations, refunds, exchanges, and payment processing.Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.Monitor staff conduct and prevent operational irregularities or policy violations.Coordinate with management regarding store, employee, maintenance, and operational issues.Requirements Graduate in any discipline.25 years of experience in retail/store management, preferably in ladies' ethnic wear, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail.Strong leadership and team-management skills.Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.Strong personality with the ability to maintain employee discipline.Experience in cash handling, billing, POS, UPI/card transactions, refunds, and reconciliation.Honest, trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to take responsibility and make sound operational decisions.Candidates residing within approximately 10 minutes' travelling distance from Sector 17, Chandigarh will be preferred.Employment Details Employment Type: Full-timeWork Mode: Work from the OfficeLocation: Sector 17, ChandigarhAdditional Information This is an Internal Hiring position with (ICS).
