Role & responsibilities - Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations function. - Manage and oversee the complete operational workflow from transaction initiation to successful execution and closure. - Establish efficient operational processes, controls, and service standards. - Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Manage complete operational coverage for the clients. - Ensure timely and qualified resolution of client queries, requests, and service requirements. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent and high-quality service. - Focus on relationship deepening, client retention, and long-term client association. - Coordinate with Relationship Managers for smooth execution of client requirements. - Ensure proactive communication with clients regarding transaction status, documentation, service requests, and operational requirements. - Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution. - Ensure accurate and timely processing of mutual fund purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, systematic transactions, and other investment-related transactions. - Monitor transaction requests from initiation through completion. - Ensure proper verification and authorization of transactions before processing. - Track pending, rejected, failed, or incomplete transactions and ensure timely resolution. - Maintain proper transaction records and audit trails. - Ensure zero/minimum operational errors through effective maker-checker and review mechanisms. - Ensure timely processing of client documentation, account opening, KYC-related requirements, transaction forms, service requests, and other operational activities. - Monitor processing timelines and ensure adherence to defined TATs and service-level standards. - Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, banks, custodians, platforms, and other external stakeholders wherever required. .
