Crio.Do collaborates closely with industry to ensure its programs stay relevant, outcome-focused, and aligned with employer expectations. Role Description The Business Development Associate Inside Sales (Fresher) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the associate will engage with prospective learners and partners through calls, emails, and online meetings to introduce Crio.Dos programs, understand their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, delivering persuasive presentations and demos, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The associate will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging, follow up on inbound inquiries, and meet or exceed defined sales and conversion targets. The role involves continuous learning about Crio.Dos offerings and the tech education market to provide informed, value-driven recommendations to potential customers. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening abilities.Presentation-focused capabilities, such as creating and delivering engaging presentations and demos.Lead generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing follow-ups.Market research abilities to understand customer segments, competition, and industry trends.Comfort with inside sales activities, including high-volume outreach via phone, email, and online platforms.Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections professionally, and maintain a customer-centric approach.Proficiency with basic productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.Bachelors degree in any discipline; prior internship or project experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus.Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. .
