We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to expand Carbolink's market presence in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience selling to contractors, builders, hardware retailers, architects, or real estate developers, and understands how construction materials move through the supply chain. You will be responsible for generating current business, nurturing existing accounts, and positioning Carbolink's product range as the preferred choice among trade and project customers. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales - Identify and develop new sales opportunities across target segments: hardware retailers, building material dealers, contractors, construction companies, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Regional Marketing Manager. - Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations. - Generate leads through field prospecting, referrals, trade networks, and digital enquiries (including Instagram ad leads). Account Management - Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and project clients. - Ensure timely order placement, payment follow-up, and after-sales service for all accounts. - Track and report competitor activities, pricing trends, and market feedback. Reporting & Coordination - Submit daily field visit reports, lead status updates, and sales MIS to the reporting manager. - Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely product delivery. - Attend product training sessions and stay updated on the full Carbolink product catalogue. - Participate in trade events, exhibitions, and builder meets as required.
