Role Overview As a Fullstack Developer at Qvantel, youll work across backend and frontend layers to build reliable, scalable features used by global customers. Youll own features end-to-end, from APIs and data models to clean, usable user interfaces. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications Build and consume RESTful APIs Work with databases to design schemas and optimize queries Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and QA Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues Continuously improve performance, security, and code quality Required Skills & Experience Backend Strong hands-on experience with Java (8+) Experience with Spring / Spring Boot and microservices Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and design principles Experience with REST APIs and backend integration Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Frontend Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design Ability to work with API-driven UI architectures General Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development practices Ability to understand complex systems and work independently Good to Have Experience with Hibernate / JPA Exposure to Kafka, messaging, or event-driven systems Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines Telecom domain exposure (nice to have, not mandatory) What You Can Expect at Qvantel Ownership of meaningful features end-to-end Work on large-scale, high-impact systems Direct exposure to global customers and complex problem spaces A practical, engineering-first culture Strong learning and growth opportunities .
