Installation Operation Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Installation Operations Associate to manage wallpaper and wallcovering installation projects from order confirmation to final handover. The role involves coordinating site measurements, scheduling installers, ensuring material availability, and maintaining communication with clients, designers, and installation teams to deliver high-quality finishes on time. Coordinate wallpaper installation projects for residential and commercial clients Confirm wall preparation requirements with clients and contractors Plan and assign installation teams based on project scope and timelines Ensure wallpaper materials, adhesives, and tools are delivered to site Track project timelines and manage installation schedules Liaise with interior designers, architects, and contractors Monitor installation quality and ensure finishing standards are met Handle client queries, change requests, and issue resolution Maintain project documentation, contracts, and invoices Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations Requirements3-4 years of coordination experience Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and project tools Ability to work independently and manage deadlines BenefitsOpen Door Policy Work in a pleasant environment with little hierarchy Dynamic working environment in a growing firm Freedom to innovate and learn new things Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM Working days: Monday to Saturday .
