Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for driving accurate demand forecasting, leading demand and supply planning processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with strong business acumen to balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Forecasting & Demand PlanningDevelop, manage, and continuously improve short-, mid-, and long-term demandforecasts.Utilize statistical models, historical data, market insights, and cross-functionalinputs to produce accurate demand forecasts.Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to reduce errors andbias.Supply Planning & AlignmentTranslate demand forecasts into supply requirements to ensure productavailability.Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supplywith demand.Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in supply planning and propose actionablesolutions.Monitor and maintain secondary stock in all the channels to anticipate the sales increaseCross-functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to incorporatebusiness intelligence into demand plans.Lead the monthly S&OP (Sales &Operations Planning) process and presentdemand outlooks.Act as a key liaison between commercial and supply chain functions to alignstrategies.Data &Process ManagementMaintain planning tools and systems, ensuring data integrity and usability.Develop dashboards and KPIs to track forecast accuracy, service levels, andinventory performance.Drive continuous improvement in demand and supply planning processes. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field (Masterspreferred).8 - 15 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or relatedfunctions.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and ERPsystems (SAP, APO, Oracle, etc.).Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with statistical forecasting methods is a plus.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
