Office Engineer Estimation, Billing and Quantity Surveying Company: Vastucraft Architect & Construction Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Job Type: Full-time Experience: 38 years Salary: 20,00060,000 per month, based on experience Job Summary Vastucraft Architect & Construction is seeking an experienced Office Engineer Estimation, Billing and Quantity Surveying. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-off, project estimation, rate analysis, measurement checking, contractor billing, BOQ preparation, and reconciliation of construction materials. The candidate must have strong checking abilities and should be able to verify quantities and bills accurately before submission or approval. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity estimates from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Prepare BOQs, abstract cost estimates, rate analyses, and project budgets. Check contractor and subcontractor measurements and running account bills. Verify site measurements against drawings and actual work executed. Prepare client bills, contractor bills, variation statements, and deviation reports. Prepare BBS and calculate reinforcement quantities. Perform material reconciliation for cement, steel, concrete, blocks, tiles, and other materials. Check quotations, comparative statements, purchase rates, and vendor bills. Prepare tender documents, technical specifications, and item-wise cost breakups. Coordinate with site engineers to obtain measurement sheets and supporting records. Identify excess quantities, billing errors, duplicate claims, and cost variations. Maintain project-wise billing, estimation, and cost-control records. Assist management in project cost monitoring and cash-flow planning. Required Skills Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, billing, and rate analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD. Knowledge of CPWD/PWD schedules of rates will be preferred. Experience in residential, commercial, and institutional building projects. High level of accuracy and checking ability. Compensation: 15,000.00 - 47,585.95 per month Work Location: In person .
