Hydrokraft GLC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to lead our accounting operations and strengthen financial controls. This role will oversee day-to-day finance activities, ensure statutory compliance, support management reporting, and contribute to sound financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and expense accounting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, ROC, and other applicable statutory requirements. Coordinate audits, maintain supporting documentation, and address auditor queries. Monitor cash flow, working capital, vendor payments, customer collections, and ageing reports. Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost-control initiatives. Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and accounting processes. Review payroll inputs, reimbursements, fixed assets, and inventory-related accounting where applicable. Liaise with banks, vendors, customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Mentor and supervise accounts team members. Qualifications and Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. 710 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including team-management responsibility. Strong working knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in Busy, and Microsoft Excel. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based organizations will be an advantage. Skills Were Looking For High degree of accuracy, integrity, and ownership. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication and stakeholder-management skills.
