Hiring: Medical Imaging Annotation Specialist (Chest X-Ray / Radiology) Location: Remote Engagement: Long-Term Contract Industry: Medical Imaging / Healthcare AI / Radiology We are seeking experienced Medical Imaging Annotation Specialists with strong expertise in Chest Radiography (Chest X-Rays) to support a long-term AI data annotation project focused on medical imaging. This prospect is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in interpreting chest radiographs and identifying radiological findings with a high degree of accuracy. Role Overview As a Medical Imaging Annotation Specialist, you will review chest X-ray images and accurately identify predefined radiological findings. Your annotations will contribute to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems used in medical imaging. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and experience working with chest radiographs. Familiarity with medical imaging workflows and DICOM files is highly preferred. Responsibilities - Review chest X-ray (CXR) images and identify all applicable radiological findings. - Accurately annotate images according to detailed project guidelines. - Create structured JSON outputs for each annotated image. - Ensure annotations are clinically accurate, consistent, and complete. - Follow quality assurance standards and annotation protocols. - Work independently while meeting project timelines and quality expectations. - Participate in pilot evaluations and ongoing quality reviews. Findings to be Annotated Candidates should be able to identify one or more of the following findings on chest X-rays: - Pleural Effusion - Cardiomegaly - Atelectasis - Consolidation - Edema - Emphysema - Fibrosis - Hernia - Infiltration - Mass - Nodule - Pleural Thickening - Pneumothorax Each image may contain none, one, or multiple findings.
