Role Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Sales Compensation Systems Architect to lead the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of our sales compensation platform ecosystem. This role will report to the Director of Sales Compensation and serve as the primary owner of the Xactly architecture, driving scalable compensation solutions, advanced commission automation, data integrations, and operational excellence across global sales compensation programs. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Xactly configuration and technical development with robust business acumen in incentive compensation strategy, sales operations, and financial analysis. This individual will partner closely with Sales Compensation, Finance, Revenue Operations, HR, and IT teams to ensure accurate commission processing, scalable plan administration, and actionable performance insights for executive leadership. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to architect complex compensation solutions while also supporting ongoing administration, testing, analytics, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
