Role Description The Senior Manager Compensation and Benefits is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with some flexibility to work from home. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that support Tenarais global growth and talent strategy.
