The reputed company Property & Casualty Senior Agency Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the administration and analysis of agency compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various teams to enhance program effectiveness. Responsibilities Collects, audits, validates, and maintains agency compensation data from internal systems and reputed company sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Researches discrepancies in compensation recordsEvaluates reports on agency compensation, performance metrics, and payout calculations for business stakeholdersLeads the maintenance and documentation of compensation models, agreements, and reputed company materials. Leads the rollout and administration of new and/or updated compensation programs, including reputed company setup and testingPartners with agency partners and internal business teams on compensation reputed company inquiries; leads and resolves assigned issues.
