Build and enhance automation frameworks using JavaScript or TypeScript. Automate functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end test scenarios. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects. Debug test failures and work with development teams to resolve issues. Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and test planning activities. Create and maintain test documentation, automation reports, and best practices. Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in software testing with strong automation expertise. Hands-on experience with Playwright for web application automation. Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript. Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and design patterns. Experience with API testing using Playwright or tools such as Postman. Knowledge of Git version control. Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Page Object Model (POM) and data-driven testing. Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform testing. Familiarity with Docker and containerized test execution. Experience with SQL and database validation. Exposure to performance or accessibility testing is an advantage. Experience working with cloud-based testing platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
