*Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune/Bangalore/Greater Noida/Coimbatore* Qualifications Required - 4-7 years in Product Management (or equivalent), with 2+ years delivering *pharmacy & healthcare software* - Hands-on experience operating in SAFe (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt; ART collaboration with RTE/SM/System Architect) - Proven practice authoring user stories/acceptance criteria and managing a backlog with Jira and/or Aha - Practical experience shipping AI-enabled features and applying Responsible AI principles in production workflows (governance, monitoring, bias mitigation) - Robust data literacy (metrics, experimentation, hypothesis-driven development) and customer empathy Preferred - SAFe POPM/PM certification (or equivalent) and experience across multiple ARTs - Familiarity with clinical standards (e.g., NCPDP, HL7/FHIR), pharmacy operations, payer workflows, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2) .
