Job Title: Mortgage Underwriting Manager (Agency & Non-QM) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 10+ Years About Infinity Infinity is a leading mortgage due diligence and capital markets services company supporting some of the largest lenders, investors, securitizers, and financial institutions across the United States. We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Underwriting Manager with deep expertise in Agency and Non-QM underwriting who can also work directly with US clients and third-party vendors. Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee underwriting of Agency and Non-QM mortgage loansReview complex income, asset, credit, collateral, and compliance scenariosAct as a subject matter expert for underwriting guidelines and investor requirementsWork directly with US-based lenders, investors, due diligence firms, appraisal companies, title companies, and other third-party vendorsNegotiate pricing, service levels, and operational terms with external vendorsSupport new client onboarding and product development initiativesAssist in developing underwriting policies, review procedures, and quality standardsProvide technical guidance and mentoring to underwriting and operations teamsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to improve underwriting efficiency and qualityMandatory Qualifications Minimum 10 years of US mortgage underwriting experienceHands-on experience underwriting at least 2,000 Agency loans (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/Ginnie Mae)Hands-on experience underwriting at least 1,500 Non-QM loansStrong knowledge of Agency underwriting guidelines, Non-QM guidelines, AUS (DU/LPA), income calculation, self-employed borrower analysis, credit analysis, asset review, appraisal review, and ATR/QM requirementsExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsExperience interacting directly with US-based clients, lenders, investors, or vendorsStrong negotiation and relationship management skillsAbility to independently handle complex underwriting scenarios and provide guideline interpretationsPreferred Qualifications Previous experience in Third Party Review (TPR), Due Diligence, QC, or Capital MarketsExposure to securitization or loan acquisition due diligenceKnowledge of DSCR, Bank Statement, Asset Utilization, Bridge, Fix & Flip, HELOC, or Jumbo productsTeam management or leadership experienceExperience working with LOS platforms such as Encompass or similar mortgage systemsRequired Skills Agency Underwriting, Non-QM Underwriting, Mortgage Due Diligence, Credit Risk Analysis, Income Analysis, Asset Analysis, Guideline Interpretation, Vendor Management, Client Communication, Negotiation Skills, Leadership, Microsoft Excel How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly through Indeed or share their resume at s.shruti@infinityinternationals.us Benefits: Leave encashmentPaid sick timeWork Location: In person .
