We are looking for a highly hands-on DevOps Manager with deep expertise in Docker and Kubernetes, capable of designing and building production-grade infrastructure from scratch. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in deploying and managing PHP-based applications on containerized platforms with high availability, scalability, and strong security practices. Architect and build end-to-end containerized infrastructure from scratch Design and deploy PHP applications on Docker & Kubernetes Set up and manage highly available Kubernetes clusters Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and failover mechanisms Handle deep-level troubleshooting (pod, node, network, cluster issues) Optimize Docker images, build pipelines, and runtime performance Implement secure infrastructure (network policies, secrets, RBAC, etc.) Ensure zero/low downtime deployments Build and manage CI/CD pipelines Monitor system health and proactively resolve production issues RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with: Docker image creation, optimization, networking Kubernetes cluster setup, deployments, scaling, troubleshooting Proven experience in: Deploying PHP applications on Kubernetes Designing systems from scratch (not just maintenance) Deep troubleshooting skills: Pod failures, CrashLoopBackOff, networking issues, resource limits Additional requirements: Experience with high availability architectures Strong understanding of security best practices in container environments Experience with CI/CD pipelines Cloud experience AWS / GCP / Azure (required) Experience with Ingress controllers NGINX / Traefik Service mesh Istio Database handling in Kubernetes MySQL / PostgreSQL Observability tools Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack Infrastructure as Code Terraform .
