Role & responsibilities Own the state-level business targets for commercial vehicle loans. Drive disbursement, AUM, profitability, and portfolio growth. Build and manage a strong sales team across branches/locations. Develop relationships with dealers, OEMs, DSAs, brokers, and other channel partners. Expand the commercial vehicle loan business through new markets and customer segments. Monitor branch/team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets. Ensure proper credit quality, documentation, collections coordination, and portfolio hygiene. Track competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and product performance. Work closely with Credit, Operations, Risk, Collections, and Product teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing sales managers and branch teams. Preferred candidate profile Typically 8-15+ years of experience in commercial vehicle finance, vehicle loans, retail lending, or NBFC/banking.
