Key Responsibilities A. Sales & Business Development Source customers for New Car loans & Pre Owned Car Loans. Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers. Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement. Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities. B. Customer Handling Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products. Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements. Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support. C. Documentation & Verification Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents. Ensure accuracy and compliance as per company policies. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing. D. Loan Processing Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal. Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status. Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations. E. Post-Disbursement Support Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion. Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries. Assist in overdue follow-ups when required. Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Good negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities. Basic knowledge of loan products and finance industry. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualification: Graduation Experience: 13 years in sales, vehicle loan, or banking/NBFC sector. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly loan disbursement target achievement. Dealer relationship score and new dealer onboarded. TAT for login and disbursement. Portfolio quality and customer satisfaction. Salary & Benefits 2,65,000 CTC + Incentives based on performance. Travel reimbursement as per company policy.
